Eligibility Criteria

Product or service ready for proof‑of‑concept or pilot testing
Working on at least one Smart City theme (mobility, environment, industry, civic development, health & well‑being, digital infrastructure, urban management, tourism)
Operations or focus in at least one of Nigeria’s 36 states
